We are dedicated to breaking the glass ceiling and empowering women in traditionally male-dominated industries. We believe in challenging the current status quo and inspiring more women to pursue careers and leadership roles in fields where they are underrepresented.

We aim to create a supportive community, particularly for female students, where we can connect, inspire and empower ambitious students and successful women to facilitate a productive exchange of ideas.
Our Speaker Day Team is planning and organizing the yearly Speaker Day, which will take place on the 14th of April, 2026. The event is a full-day conference featuring panel discussions, keynote speeches, corporate brunches, interactive workshops and networking dinners with professionals.
Our Mentoring Team develops and oversees our female mentoring program, which provides female students with the opportunity to be paired with a dedicated mentor and build a valuable professional relationship. The program connects students with experienced professionals who share their knowledge, insights and personal experiences, supporting them as they reach key milestones and explore their career interests.
Our Marketing Team focuses on sharing important information about upcoming events, such as our Speaker Day and Women Talk Business.
By creating valuable content for our social media platforms and sharing relevant information, the team helps increase visibility and supports the successful preparation and promotion of our events.
Our Women Talk Business Team organizes talks with professionals that provide valuable insights and inspiration to our audience. Guided by our motto, “Connecting, Inspiring, Empowering” to host engaging conversations with speakers from a wide range of industries and backgrounds. Aiming to create a space where participants can learn from one another, exchange ideas, and build meaningful connections.
